Login box not appearing?

We are aware that some trusts are unable to view the login box when using Microsoft Edge. We are looking into this to identify what is the cause, and how to resolve it. If other web browsers, such as Chrome or Internet Explorer are unavailable, please try the following steps

Click this link to 'log out' and bring the password prompt up.

Alternatively, log into the website using the following address (changing username to the username you were provided with, and password to your password)

You may be unable to try the following step depending on local ICT settings
Open Control Panel, choose 'Network and Internet' and then 'Internet Options'
Add as a Trusted Site, and check if the 'prompt for user name and password' option is available

If your password has recently changed and the login box is not appearing, you may need to remove the 'saved' password first

If using Edge, click here to go directly to the passwords screen
Open Microsoft Edge and click the three dots in the top right corner.
Click on Settings.
Scroll down and click on Passwords.
Find the entry for in the 'Saved Passwords' section.
Click the three little dots next to to edit the existing password or remove it
